Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from a solid state to a gas state. It lasts longer, and will not crack or peel over time, like other shirt printing methods. With our technology we can offer an expansion of advertising, decorating, and sign applications using textiles as the medium for indoor and outdoor use.
Our printer system is suited especially for polyester and polyester blends, and it’s the best solution for sportswear, synthetic home textiles and soft-signage. It creates brilliant colors, sharp images and produces an impressive abrasion-resistant and water-proof result.

At Blur, we are equipped with the latest QuadroS printheads and offer a specially formulated Dye Sublimation Ink System, water-based, free of odors, skin-friendly and free of any volatile organic compounds (VOC).

With our sublimation equipment, we can ensure a maximum print width of 1600 mm for includible results for both fashion and advertisement. The printer system is classified for all current transfer papers and quality levels.
Because sublimation is essentially a dye process, you get the best results when the fabrics are either white or light-colored. If you want to print onto a black shirt or darker materials, contact our team to better advice you in your project for better results, since you might prefer using any of our other digital print solution instead.
